Why Signup for Activity For Good?

We all feel a little better when we exercise regularly - but sometimes we need a little extra motivation and accountability to get out the door (or on the bike, or up to dance in your living room). Activity For Good lets you pick your goal - 30, 45, or 60 minutes a day - and gives you that extra push to keep moving.

Millions of children and families living in America face hunger and food insecurity every day.

  • Due to the effects of the coronavirus pandemic, more than 54 million people may experience food insecurity in 2020, including a potential 18 million children.
  • According to the USDA's latest Household Food Insecurity in the United States report, more than 37 million people in the United States struggled with hunger in 2018.
  • In 2018, 14.3 million American households were food insecure

For every entry to the Activity For Good Challenge, we will donate $7 to Feeding America - and you can make additional contributions as well.  

Your $7 will create 70 meals for those in need!


How Does it Work?

Track your movement each day - any exercise counts! Go for a walk or a jog, take a bike ride, do a Salsa class by Zoom, or jump rope with your kids.

Activity minutes can be submitted any time between September 1 through September 30 from the link below. You can also submit online at by logging into your account.
