CAN I UPDATE MY SHIRT SIZE IF I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT YET? If your Activity For Good gear has NOT been mailed out yet, we are happy to assist you with updating your shirt selection. Just shoot us an email and we can make that change for you.
CAN I UPDATE MY SHIRT SIZE AFTER I HAVE RECEIVED IT? Once you have received your Activity For Good gear in the mail, we aren't able to accommodate shirt exchanges. Sorry!

WHAT IS A VIRTUAL Challenge? A Virtual Challenge is an event you can complete Anytime/Anywhere! There isn't a set time or place since virtual challenges are meant for you to complete at your convenience and at your own pace. Our goal is to help you get motivated to be active for 30 days, receive great swag, and support Feeding America.
HOW DO I SUBMIT MY TIME? - Use the link below to submit your email or last 4 of your telephone number to submit your activity each day.

IS THERE A SPECIFIC APP WE NEED TO USE TO TRACK OUR Activity? You can track your run with any app, watch, or fitness device that you would like.
CAN I COMPLETE MY Challenge RUN BEFORE I HAVE RECEIVED MY GEAR? You don't have to wait to receive your gear in the mail- you can start your challenge on September 1, 2020 at any time. We intend to start mailing out gear on September 8th.

CAN I UPDATE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS? If your ActivityForGood gear has NOT been mailed out yet, we are happy to assist you with updating your shipping address. Just shoot us an email and we can make that change for you.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? At this time, shipping is only available to US Registrants.

HOW CAN I RECEIVE ANOTHER COPY OF MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL? You can resend yourself a copy of your confirmation email from your RunSignUp profile. Here is a tutorial with the steps to complete this on your end.

HOW CAN I FIND MY REFERRAL LINK? There are 2 different ways you can view your referral link. You can find your unique link in your confirmation email or from your RunSignUp profile - HERE.
HOW CAN I SEE HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE REGISTERED THROUGH MY REFERRAL LINK? Thank you for referring your friends! You can track your referred registrations through your RunSignUp Profile. Log into RunSignUp and go to Runner Links>>My Referrals or click THIS LINK.
I REFERRED 5 FRIENDS- WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY $25 REFUND? Your referral refund will automatically be processed the day after your 5th Friend registers through your link. Once the refund has been processed, you will see the refund applied to the card you paid within 3-7 business days (depending on your bank).
